Information collected on this website
This policy describes the current features of narelivous.com: product information, a shopping bag saved on your device, customer reviews and website analytics.
- Website visits: page path, time of visit, a randomly generated visitor and session identifier, referring website, campaign parameters, general device category and country when available.
- Purchase-button clicks: the page and button location clicked, including Shop, Add to Bag and Checkout. These events measure interest; they are not proof of a purchase.
- Reviews: the display name, star rating and review text you submit, plus submission and moderation dates. The review form does not ask for an email address.
Our analytics records do not store your IP address or precise location. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use this information
We use visit and click information to understand how people find the website, which pages they use and which purchase buttons attract interest. We use review submissions to moderate and display customer feedback, and technical information to operate the website and limit abuse.
The current website does not use advertising pixels or sell analytics and review data to advertisers.
Cookies & device storage
- Visitor and session cookies: first-party identifiers help distinguish visits and sessions. Their expiry is refreshed on recorded activity: up to 1 year for the visitor cookie and 30 minutes for the session cookie.
- Shopping bag: your selected quantity is stored in this browser so it can remain available when you return.
- Pending analytics: events may be temporarily saved on your device and retried after a connection problem. Acknowledged events are removed from that queue; entries older than 7 days are filtered when it is loaded.
- Review submission protection: a cookie helps limit repeated submissions.
You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so can clear your bag and reset visit identifiers. Clearing browser data does not delete information already stored on our servers.
Public reviews
Reviews are held for moderation before publication. If published, your display name, rating, review text and submission date may appear publicly on the product page, including in featured reviews. Please do not include contact details, order information or sensitive health information in a review.
Storage, access & retention
Website infrastructure providers process information to host and operate the service. Authorized administrators can access review submissions and analytics reports. Published reviews are visible to other visitors.
Server-side reviews and analytics are retained for moderation and website reporting. An automatic deletion schedule has not been configured. Access controls help protect this information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Orders & payment information
Online checkout is not available yet. This website does not currently collect payment card details or shipping addresses. Adding an item to your bag does not submit an order. If checkout or other data collection features are introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect them.
Your choices & policy updates
You can choose whether to submit a review and can manage website storage using your browser controls. A dedicated privacy-request contact channel is not currently available on this website.
Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. This policy does not limit privacy rights that apply to you under applicable law.
